UOB Cards Specials Offered by ARichGlobe and participating merchants

Terms & Conditions

 

1. This promotion's offers and benefits are restricted to UOB issued credit cards only when making payment. When you use cards issued by other banks the offer prices and benefits will not apply.

2. Validity of promotion is for purchases and bookings made by 31 October 2022 unless otherwise stated. For travel products, the travel period is up to the validity as stated for each travel product.

3. All offers and benefits are further subjected to individual terms & conditions set by respective merchants.

4. There could be instances whereby payment is made at the merchant's outlet during which a UOB issued credit card should be used for payment. Merchants reserves the rights to not honor the campaign prices and benefits if other payment forms are used.

5. A full user account profile needs to be created in ARichGlobe's mobile app to receive the e-cash vouchers and any other benefits and prizes. ARichGlobe cannot contact user without full contact information.

6. The listed prices are subject to changes due to daily currency exchange fluctuations and stock availability, please check final prices during check out before any purchase. ARichGlobe and its participating merchants reserve all right to update and amend this site and mobile app as necessary.

7. Your purchases or bookings may be directed to the merchants' website depending on the participation plan of each merchant. When it is redirected to the merchant's site, your purchase and booking are subject to the merchant's specific terms and conditions which can usually be found on their websites. If you are unsure, please chat with us via our app or email to ops@arichglobe.com. While all efforts are made to display the correct policies of each merchant, ARichGlobe does not take responsibility for any oversight or disregard of these terms and conditions by users. 

8. ARichGlobe reserves all rights to amend the offers and conditions as necessary without prior notice.

9. Products, prices and details are correct at print but due to currency exchange fluctuations and dynamic pricing practiced by some merchants, please always verify current prices on the mobile app and at the point of purchase or booking.

10. Free flight and hotel stay (for selected items) are subject to specific terms of the product and limited to deposit paid and is fully payable by customer if purchase is withdrawn.. Choice of airline and hotel as allocated by ARichGlobe.

11.  All items and offers are subject to availability at point of order. For overseas items, please check pricing due to currency fluctuations updated daily.

12. All gifts and prizes are whilst stock lasts and is subject to replacement of similar item of similar value at ARichGlobe or the merchant's discretion.

13. All customers are encouraged to read the campaign’s terms and conditions before making a purchase.

14. To complete purchases, certain particulars are required for fulfilment. Please read up on Privacy Policies as customers who complete purchases are deemed to have read and accepted the platform’s privacy policies.

15. Please report to ops@arichglobe.com if you spot any discrepancies or errors in the merchants’ listings, images, prices and/or descriptions although ARichGlobe has made all possible efforts to ensure accuracy and representation.

16. All offers and promotions are independent of existing other offers and promotions even if for same item, and cannot be combined.

17. For gifts upon purchase, valid for one time redemption per customer, on single receipt only throughout campaign period. Gifts are subject to availability and item may be changed or replaced accordingly. For payments made direct to merchant, please email a copy of your receipt or bill that states merchant name, product or service, date of purchase and total amount, to ops@arichglobe.com. Subject to verification with merchant concerned. Most gifts are sent to customer free of delivery charges except for the Benjarong Tea Cup & Saucer sets (local delivery charges depending on delivery address). 

18. For hotel bookings via www.agoda.com/arichglobe, e-cash vouchers (S$5.70 for every S$200 of hotel spent), are issued upon completion of stay, If you do not hear from us within a week after stay, please email to ops@arichglobe.com a copy of your booking confirmation. to receive your shopping vouchers.
